Pennsylvania — telehealth only

No drive. No waiting room.

P2H Connect is telehealth-only treatment for Pennsylvania adults. It runs the same clinical model as P2H Wellness in Easton, with partial hospitalization added on top.

Not yet admitting

Our application is in process with the Pennsylvania Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs. We are not accepting Pennsylvania patients until that license is issued, and this page will say so plainly until it is.

How it works

What you actually need to start

Less than people expect. If you can make a video call, you can do this. If your connection drops, we finish on the phone and nobody loses the hour.

A deviceA phone, tablet, or computer with a camera. We send a link by text or email — no app store account, nothing to buy.
A private hourSomewhere you can speak without being overheard. A parked car counts. If you truly have nowhere, tell us at intake and we will work on it with you.
PennsylvaniaYou must be physically in the state during each session. That is a licensing rule, not a preference, and we check it.
A safety planAt intake we record where you will usually be and the crisis resources closest to you, so help can reach the right address if it is ever needed.
Local labsDrug screening and any lab work are arranged near you, not at our office — because we do not have one.

Who this is right for — and who it isn't

This is the right level when

A job, a class, or custody makes a daytime commute impossible
You live an hour or more from the nearest program with an opening
Your transportation is unreliable, or you have none
Walking into a building in your own town is the thing stopping you
You are stepping down from inpatient and want to keep the intensity up at home

You need something else first when

You are in withdrawal or need medically monitored detox
A medical or psychiatric condition is unstable right now
You are actively suicidal or at immediate risk — call or text 988
Staying where you are living makes recovery unrealistic

The assessment sorts this out honestly. Nobody is admitted to a level they do not need.

Paying for it

Cost will not be the reason you stop

These are commitments we put in writing as part of our Pennsylvania application, not a slogan.

Medical AssistanceWe are pursuing Pennsylvania Medical Assistance enrollment, and we help you apply at intake if you are eligible and not enrolled.
A sliding fee scaleBased on household income and size, applied the same way for everyone.
Coverage lapsesIf your coverage drops mid-treatment, treatment continues while we sort it out.
Reserved slotsA share of our capacity is held for people with no funding at all.
No discharge for inability to payPlainly: we do not discharge people because of a balance.

Tell us you're waiting.

We will call you the week Pennsylvania opens — and in the meantime we will point you to someone who can help today.
